UCLA's Visual and Performing Arts Education program (VAPAE), in partnership with UCLA Extension, is launching the first-ever CTE Credential in Teaching Artistry in California — beginning Fall 2026. To introduce this new CTE/ Teaching Artistry program, we are hosting our second information session: an Online xOpen information evening on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, on zoom; see attached flyer for program and rsvp info. This session will describe the new program in full, including the program's innovative approach to integrating arts education and CTE curricula, with time for conversation and questions.  Enrollment information will be available at the event.
